Although I had never used this garage before I was very impressed with their helpfulness. They told me to have my BMW recovered to them and they would try to fit it in as soon as possible. When the repair turned out to be major they helped by dealing with the mechanical breakdown insurance company. All in all very good service and no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else looking for a BMW specialist repairer.
